Information Event / Scientific Conference: Identifying new food sources
You are invited to the conference "Identifying new food sources" at ETH Zurich. The event is organised by Stiftung molecuisine, Swiss Food Research, the Institute of Food, Nutrition and Health of ETH Zurich, the Zurich-Basel Plant Science Center of ETH Zurich and the Kompetenznetzwerk Ernährungswirtschaft.
The papers of the international conference provide up-to-date information about research in the area of new food sources. They focus on new insights from plant and wood science, various aquatic plants and artificially produced meat. Companies and institutions are invited to present their products and services.
